Shipping Policy :
We try to ship orders within next business day, Holidays and sales can cause delays. Please message us if you need something sent out within a certain time frame. While we strive to protect your items to the best of our ability, sometimes the postal service can damage or lose packages. We are also not responsible for delivery delays the mailing companies experience. Once we drop of the package to the delivery company, it is out of our control when the item will be delivered, even if expediated shipping was paid for. In the event of damage or delayed delivery happen we do not file the insurance claims, you as the client would contact the shipping service to start your claim. All Priority packages are insured up to $100, if you need more insurance for your order please contact us for that additional fee.
